Pack 137 serves families who live in Cranford or Garwood. If there's a Cub Scout pack in your own town, please start there.
Returning families: renew
Renewing for another year, or not sure your scout is still registered? Email us and we'll send you this year's steps.
What it costs
There's a yearly Scouting America membership, and the pack also has its own dues. We set the dues each year based on the pack budget and how our fundraising went. Our welcome letter has this year's amounts. Some trips, like overnights, have their own cost, which scouts can pay from money they earn selling popcorn.
If cost is a concern, please tell us. Help is available, and we don't want any family to miss out.
Uniforms
Scouts wear the Class A uniform to pack meetings. Buy it online or at the Scout Shop on Route 22 in Mountainside. The pack provides the Class B pack t-shirt for active events.
Our uniform swap lets families trade in last year's hat, neckerchief and slide for the next rank's.
Uniform guide and Scout Shop directionsParents take part
Cub Scouts isn't a drop-off activity. A parent or guardian comes along to den meetings and events, and every den runs on parent volunteers. Ask your den leader how you can help.
