Cub Scouts for kindergarten through 5th grade

Growing the next generation of Cranford's leaders.

In Pack 137, more than 150 Cranford kids learn real skills, take on responsibility and give back to the town we share. Along the way they build the confidence and character to lead, with their families right beside them.

What scouts build here

Every game, campout and service project is a chance to grow. These are the four things Scouting aims to build in every scout.

Leadership

In their dens, scouts practice speaking up, working as a team and owning a task from start to finish. That's where the confidence to lead begins.

Citizenship

Scouts serve Cranford with food drives, cleanups and parades, and learn how a community works by meeting the people who keep it running.

How we help our community

Character

The Scout Oath and Scout Law give scouts a simple guide for being honest, kind and helpful, and for always doing their best.

Skills and fitness

Hiking, camping, first aid, knots and staying active: practical skills that make scouts ready to help when it counts.
